Congrats on the FT nod, that's pretty solid recognition for a small indie mag. The expansion plans sound ambitious but realistically scoped. Running two newsletters and print with just one fulltime staffer is genuinely impressive, tho adding part-timers for investigative depth makes a lot of sense. The fundraising structure with the prize draw is smart compared to just asking for straight donations, gives people an incentive beyondgood vibes. Growing from a Camberwell bedroom project to having Soho office space is the kind of trajectory most small publishers dream about but rarely execute on.
